Personal Training

The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer. We work out together in a private training studio where there is no distractions, no waiting for equipment nor unwanted stares. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant, but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. My mission is to use the gifts and talents God has given me as a personal trainer to impact your life.

 

 

Small Group Training

Want to train with a friend, sibiling, or co-worker?  No problem!  I am more then cabable of helping you get to your goals in a small group setting.  My group rates minimize the cost of your training package

 

 

 

Basketball Skills Development Training

Take your game to the next level with Individual Skill and Developement training.  Practice doesn't make perfect.  Practice makes permanent!  I will help develope your skils to make a permanent impact on your game.

Boot Camp

An High Intensity Interval Training session.  Geared to increased your strength and endurance.  Get ready to run, jump, lunge, punch and a lot more.  Adjustments will be made based on your fitness level.  This circuit style training session will help you get you into the best shape of your life.
